I changed £700 and the difference to the online rate was EUR 100!
When I went back 10 mins later, they gave me all sorts of problems trying to change it back although they have a 45 day free buyback rate that is even stated on the receipt. It took several calls to the 'manager' to finally get approved what they clearly state on the receipt should be a no issue.
Never again, use ICE instead if you have the chance and make sure to reserve online even on the way to the airport or you will be getting ripped off.
