His knowledge of UK import proceedings was excellent and the whole process seemed a lot less daunting once I was aware of what was entailed. Thank you for all your help!

Once they refused to hand him over as their prices had mysteriously increased from the quote I had given, they proceeded to misplace paperwork I needed to reclaim VAT on arrival of my pet. I've tried to get this off then later but they ignore my calls and refuse to answer emails.
Once they've grabbed your money it's a terrible service and has ended up costing me hundreds of pounds due to their neglect of customer service.
