Really helpful staff searched the cupboards, found it all and put it together. Very considerate and beyond what I would normally expect. On returning we found we were missing the CD and lead to download to the computer. One phone call and they were in the post and arrived this morning (after Panasonic had told me I would have to pay another £25 to get them!). THANK YOU - I am really impressed!
